I'm really let down by the customer service and the way this company operates. They’re not honest at all. I reached out to Cluey to set up a trial lesson for my daughter, and the woman on the line mentioned there would be a fee, which I was fine with. But after the trial, they didn’t get in touch with me; instead, they just went ahead and charged my credit card for additional lessons. The next morning, I called Cluey to let them know my daughter wasn’t interested in continuing. They promised a refund, but here I am, 10 days later, still waiting. Just a heads up—be cautious when signing up for trial classes.

Sadly, our experience with this organization was far from positive. My child was left waiting for their tutor according to the schedule, but nobody showed up for the session. This was the fourth time we faced such a problem with Cluey, and it turned out to be a really unpleasant situation for both the child and the parents. Every family, especially on weekends, tends to put aside social plans for the sake of their kid's education. Plus, there’s no one available to reach out to during these times. The fees for each course are deducted 4-5 days ahead of the session, and it takes ages to get your refund back. In short, we’ve decided to cancel all enrollments and are not keen on continuing with them.

Right from my initial inquiry, my dealings with Cluey have been top-notch. They were quick to get back to me with a detailed personal call to really grasp our requirements and objectives. The tutor they matched us with has been fantastic. My daughter loves her time with him and mentions she's picked up new ideas and techniques that weren't covered in school. After four weekly sessions, we couldn't be more pleased with Cluey.

The online platform they utilize is fantastic and simple for my daughter to use and explore. If a tutor is unavailable or unwell for a session, they promptly arrange a replacement so my daughter doesn’t lose out. Every tutor she’s worked with has been quite skilled in HSC advanced maths, plus they’re supportive and friendly, which I’ve found can be tough to come by. I appreciate the reporting system and the reminders that come in ahead of each tutoring session, ensuring my daughter logs on 15 minutes prior to the start of every class. I strongly endorse this service.

If you’re not happy with the assigned tutor, you can say no and get a full background on each candidate they recommend. We needed to switch days, and they made the change for us within the week without any fuss.

Our school year in 2021 was quite a ride. We decided to give homeschooling a shot, but during that time, my daughter fell behind on some key math skills. I’m not a teacher, and honestly, she wouldn’t listen to me. I mean, I won’t be the one teaching her to drive when that day comes.
